In general, we are always looking for three types of candidates:

  1. EXPERIENCED - Healthcare Sales and Marketing Professionals - Those with a proven track record in Sales and/or Marketing in Medical Devices or Service, Pharmaceutical, or Managed Care.
     
  2. ENTRY LEVEL - Approximately 25% of our search assignments are for what we call "entry level" candidates who have the following qualifications:
     
    1.  A relatively recent Bachelors Degree.
    2. No more than 3 previous jobs (1 or 2 preferable).
    3. 1-4 years outside sales experience with a proven and documented track record with a large "Fortune 500 type company" known for its sales training and quality of its outside reps.  Examples of such companies are:
