Questions that you might want answered:
- Detailed description of position.
- Reason position is available.
- Territory status and history.
- Anticipated indoctrination and training program.
- Earnings of those successful people in their 5th or 6th year and realistic 1st and 2nd year earnings (Compensation issues should not be brought up in a first interview).
- Company growth plans, market share, competitors.
- Why and when did interviewer join company.
